BLESSED FAMILY.

Pray Together. Stay Together.

It is a FAMILY Bond.

I Encourage all Parents and Parents to be to go through with this short message raising healthy Family.

IN ORDER TO HAVE A STRONG AND HEALTHY FAMILY, WE MUST HAVE A SPIRITUAL COMMITMENT.

Families that are committed to God tend to love and respect each other more than families who do not have a commitment to God.

Families that are committed to God tend to produce successful godly and moral offspring.

If you want to have a strong and happy family, then follow Joshua’s commitment:
But as for me and my household, we will serve the Lord! Joshua 24:15

a. Make a commitment to love and serve God together.
b. Make a commitment to pray together each day.
c. Make a commitment to come to church together.

IN ORDER TO HAVE A STRONG AND HEALTHY FAMILY, WE MUST SPEND QUALITY TIME TOGETHER.
Quality time consists of:

a. Having family devotionals.
b. Doing homework or other educational activities together.
c. Going out for a fun meal together.
d. Experiencing a cultural activity together, such as a museum, zoo, or play.
e. Playing a sport together.

Deuteronomy 11:18-21 says,
'Therefore you shall lay up these words of mine in your heart and in your soul, and bind them as a sign on your hand and they shall be as frontlets between you eyes, You shall teach them to your children, speaking of them when you sit in your house, when you walk by the way, when you lie down and when you rise up. And you shall write them on the doorposts of your house and on your gates. That your days and the days of your children may be multiplied in the land in which the Lord swore to your fathers to give them, like the days of the heavens above the earth'.

Ephesians 6: 2-4
2 HONOR YOUR FATHER AND MOTHER (which is the first commandment with a promise), 3 SO THAT IT MAY BE WELL WITH YOU, AND THAT YOU MAY LIVE LONG ON THE EARTH. 4 Fathers, do not provoke your children to anger, but bring them up in the discipline and instruction of the Lord.

The Bible says, 'Train up a child in the way he should go and when he is old, he will not depart from it (Proverbs 22:6). Do not count on the Sunday school teacher to train up your child. The Sunday class teacher may have an influence over your children but God will hold you responsible because it is your child.

Psalm 127:1 says, 'Unless the Lord builds the house, they labor in vain who build it'. The Lord wants to build your home. The devil wants to destroy your home. The enemy wants to bring strife, anger and division in the family. Satan touches families before he touches the church. You know why? Because God instituted family before He established the church. That is why the devil hates the family so much. There is power in a family united in God.

Five steps you could follow to build your house:

1. Establish your home on a rock:
Matt 7:26, 27, 'But everyone who hears these sayings of Mine, and does not do them, will be like a foolish man who built his house on the sand'.

2. Sanctify your home:
Cleansing your home is very important. 1 Timothy 4:5 says, 'for it is sanctified by the word of God and prayer'.

3. Family prayer:
Read God's word and meditate the word as a family. Let your family know that you are all in God's family. Call your family together for a time of prayer each day.
Matt 18:19 says, '…if two of you agree on earth concerning anything that they ask, it will be done for them by My Father in heaven

4. Plead the blood over the family:
Do not let your family set foot outside your home without being covered with the blood of the Lamb. The devil's devices cannot penetrate the blood. Rev12: 11 says, 'they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb … '

A family that spends quality time together normally has a healthy family life. However, a family that spends little time with each other, tends to be fragmented and uninterested in each other. They feel distanced from each other.

Dearest parents out there,
I sincerely ask you to teach your children how to pray at a very young age and make family prayer a habit. Introducing our loving Heavenly Father to our children is the best insurance policy in the whole wide world which you can buy for them.

I believe in my Spirit that you have been blessed with my short message.
May the Lord help you have a Godly heritage. Amen.

If you confess with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord",

and believe in your heart that God raised him from dead you will be saved.

Romans.10:9.

The following prayer is suggested to my readers who did not accept Jesus as your personal saviour.
Lord Jesus, I need you. Thank You for dying on the cross for my sins. I open the door of my life and receive You as my Savior and Lord. Thank You for forgiving my sins and giving me eternal life. Take control of the throne of my life. Make me the kind of person You want me to be.

Does this prayer express the desire of your heart?
If it does, pray this prayer right now, and Christ will come into your life, just as He promised.

I Thank You Jesus For your Love to ME, and

you saved me from sin and eternal fire,

Help me to Love You More....and live for you LORD.

GOD BLESS US ALL WITH HIS BLESSED WORDS.. AMEN...
